Nicky Coulter

Nicky Coulter is responsible for managing and directing all aspects of the Company’s worldwide accounting and finance functions. Aside from the oversight and financial administration of the Company’s accounts and accounting systems, this also includes responsibility for treasury, payroll, tax, statutory accounts, cashflow and forecasting.

Nicky is a fully qualified accountant who has worked in a series of increasingly senior financial roles during her professional career progressing from the level of Financial Controller to her two last roles which have both been at the level of Finance Director.

Most of her roles have had a significant international emphasis and required direct involvement and management of overseas operations. A further common theme of many of these roles has been the requirement for change management with the adoption and implementation of new IT and Financial systems In addition, Nicky has played a leading role in the preparation and development of Business Plans for new ventures.

Nicky has a Bachelor’s Degree in European Business Studies awarded by Brunel University and a Master of Business Administration awarded by Henley Management College.
